The laboratory is equipped with a full range of experimental testing equipment, including an aging chamber, a combustion test machine, and a dielectric performance tester, which can be used to conduct multi-dimensional performance tests on materials, such as dielectric properties, flame retardancy, temperature resistance, and mechanical properties. At the same time, it has introduced thermogravimetric analyzers, infrared spectrometers, and differential scanning calorimeters (DSC) to achieve in-depth analysis of the composition and structure of materials, providing accurate data support for research and development.
The pilot production facilities are well-equipped: it has multiple production lines and supporting equipment, which can efficiently complete pilot and large-scale production processes such as material blending, extrusion, and granulation; it plans to add pilot and small-scale experimental facilities to further enhance its small-batch trial production and process optimization capabilities and accelerate the transformation of R&D results.
Clearly define upgrade plans and achieve breakthroughs in technology and production capacity.
Continuously upgrade R&D equipment: It is planned to add equipment such as smoke density meters and low-temperature chambers to broaden the scope of material performance testing and provide more comprehensive equipment support for subsequent technical breakthroughs.
Promoting intelligent production lines: Planned investment will be made in fixed assets to upgrade digital production equipment and create a digital workshop by integrating information systems. Once completed, the project will significantly increase production capacity, improve production efficiency and product quality stability, and ensure the large-scale application of R&D results.
